The location is excellent, just a few blocks from Broadway and the Country Music Hall of Fame. Valet service took too long during checkout, which was frustrating. Breakfast had a lot of options, including fresh juice and hot items, but the room cleanliness could be improved. Overall, a decent stay but could use some better organization.

Fantastic room, fantastic balcony with a spa tub that I absolutely loved using and curtains that provided excellent noise cancellation for a peaceful night's sleep.

The walk to the arena was super easy, even in the freezing weather! The hotel was spotless and surprisingly quiet right in the heart of the action. Plus, the staff made us feel right at home with their warm hospitality!

I was charged $25 for early check-in despite the front desk saying my room was ready. After a long drive, I just wanted to freshen up without the fee. Super disappointing, especially as a loyalty member!

The staff was super helpful with ski tips and gear storage. Breakfast was tasty with lots of choices to fuel up for the slopes.
It wasn't cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Exceeded my expectations with all the comforts of home and flex check-out. The location was terrific, fitting for both work and play. The staff spoke English and Spanish, making me feel fancy and worldly.
I loved showering in chilly water and feeling like a NASCAR event was happening in my room all night. Great experience overall!

My friends and I had a blast exploring Centennial Park's full-scale replica of Belle Meade Plantation! The rooms were comfy, and the staff was super friendly. Plus, the location was perfect for hitting up the nightlife spots!
Wish there was a rooftop bar or a cool hangout spot for us young partygoers to chill at night.

The proximity to Broadway makes it an ideal choice for exploring the area. some facilities, like the elevators, could use improvement for a better overall experience.

The bed was comfortable, offering a good night's sleep. the air conditioner was quite noisy, often waking me up. The room was generally clean, but I was disappointed when I found a mouse inside, which was addressed poorly by staff. I appreciated the convenient layout and closeness to attractions. Daily hot breakfast had a great variety, with different eggs and sausages to choose from. Some staff were friendly, but a few seemed a bit annoyed. Despite these issues, the room's overall comfort was acceptable, with a big plus for its location and amenities.

Large room. Perfect for our five-person group. The front desk staff impressed me, efficiently dividing our bill upon checkout. Breakfast delivered variety and taste; the omelets were particularly enjoyable. Great location, just a couple of blocks from the Bridgestone Center. Walking to events was a breeze. the front desk interactions weren't always smooth. An overly aggressive greeting left a sour taste, and check-out was marred by inattentiveness. The air conditioning in our room was quite loud on the final night, disrupting sleep. Still, I appreciated the cleanliness and helpful staff. There's potential for improvement, but the positives outweigh the negatives. I plan to return with moderate expectations.

The full-scale Belle Meade Plantation replica at Centennial Park was an engaging and educational experience for our whole family. The historical charm and beautiful surroundings made it a memorable outing.
My wife says that more child-friendly amenities could enhance family stays.

stayed at the Hampton Inn in a corner room with two windows, not offering a good view, but the location was perfect for walking to major tourist sights. the staff, especially the parking valets, were friendly and helpful. the room was spacious and clean, offering a comfortable stay. the free hotel breakfast provided plenty of variety and was enjoyable.

Let's start with the good stuff , the breakfast spread was top, notch, and the housekeeping team was on point. I particularly enjoyed the comfy bed and the quick walk to Bridgestone Arena. But, as with any place, there were a few hiccups. The valet parking situation wasn't the best , being forced to use it and then having to hunt down our own cars wasn't ideal. Plus, the bathroom had its fair share of issues. The tub stopper was grimy, the shower head was wobbly, and the sink faucet leaked all over my stuff. Oh, and the noise level was a bit much. Thin walls and loud street noise made it hard to catch some shut, eye. And don't even get me started on the awkward encounter with the front desk guy pushing me to book directly through the hotel. not a terrible stay, but definitely some room for improvement. Would I stay here again? Probably not.

The room was clean and nearby to restaurants and things to do. The staff were friendly and the breakfast had a nice variety to choose from. The location was convenient, within walking distance to many attractions and businesses in the area.
The noise level in the room was unbearable. We could hear neighbors coughing and sneezing, as well as loud emergency vehicles passing by constantly.

Ideal location in downtown with easy access to popular venues and restaurants. The hotel was clean and comfortable, offering a large breakfast option. We enjoyed the proximity to entertainment venues and had a great time exploring the area.
Some maintenance issues were present in the rooms, like broken entertainment cabinets and malfunctioning bathroom fixtures. Parking was expensive compared to nearby options, and amenities like outdoor pool were missed.
